Calling: Rare Resources - No credit outside of the 4 Covenant zones

This has been a thing since 9.0 but it still bugs me.
The text of the calling says “Collect 3 Coins of Brokerage from rares monsters and treasure chests in the Shadowlands” but somehow The Maw, Korthia and now Zereth Mortis don’t count.

Also, no new callings since 9.0. Even BFA added a new Emmisary quest in 8.2 and Legion added new ones for 7.2 and 7.3

Yeah that’s kind of obnoxious. There should have been new ones for Korthia and ZM.
