Here’s two places I’ve heard of so far we can do it:
Ashenvale civilian by the fire on the coast.
Gnome escapees during gnomer runs.
Add some more if you know any.
Spread DHK and derank your server until it becomes such a problem that Blizzard re-jigs DHK or removes them entirely.
Let WPVP be scare-free again!
