Although my frost mage guildy has been working on a spicy Gspike 1 shot build. Its a spicey, meat-a ball.

that build has not been spicy since they nerfd deep shatter’s interaction with glacial spike in s1 legion sadly. thats funny tho never seen someone call it a Gspike lol

Idk. He was gettinf 1.3mil spikes on dummy and in duels was 1 shotting ppl with a long setup

its almost impossible to get 5 buffed frostbolts off in a realistic arena scenario, the only reason it used to be really good is cuz u could still pack a huge punch with 3 or 4 buffed bolts, u can still do some big dmg if u line it up perfectly but its not worth it when u can do almost double the dmg of spike with insta casts during combustion and do 35% hp dmg with less setup outside of burst windows with gpie. u also need a LOT of mastery to do anywhere near legion levels of spike dmg so ur super squishy. dont get me wrong it can probably be pulled off if u rly want to but from what i remember about that build when it was meta, it was extremely frustrating playing against people used all their efforts to shut down the setup, and players have gotten a lot better at doing that because of destro lock and fire mage gpie viability lately.
