Call to Lordaeron, missing something probably obvious

Just made 60, chose covenant and took the teleport to Brill. The quest marker appears to indicate the inn, but I’m not seeing Calia

Have you checked Zidormi (look for the speech bubble icon on the map) and tried changing your phase?
