If the Horde does not give us full access to the city, we will take it by force.
I am calling for a full and constant occupation of the Horde section of Silvermoon by Alliance champions. Questgivers, vendors, etc will be on constant farm until this injustice is righted. If any Horde dare to oppose us, they will be dealt with too.
To be clear, this is not griefing, this is PvP, this is war.

Protesting faction war by engaging in faction war would be the boldest of moves. You love to see it.
My solution would be to make it so that if an Alliance player enters the Horde part of Silvermoon, it immediately phases to the current version.
So they could fell free to slaughter all the NPCs and so on they liked. Virtually no one would be there at all, except maybe some lower level players making characters in the original game.

Offended Horde players tried that kind of petty behavior when goth elves became a thing and attempted to attack Stormwind for a few hours. It was an absolutely pathetic sight until they finally gave up.
Stuff like that just shows once again that the devs are doing their absolute best to charge players up with toxicity and pit them against each other. So sorry, I’m not a fan of the idea.
