Call of the elder druid feels utterly wasted when you’re shifting to cat form to run. It proccs off starsurge for those who prefer ranged DPS and that’s peachy but why would it not be the same for catweavers? Why would it not proc when using a damage ability of any type instead of just a shift change that we do regularly to just move around? I could understand the proc when going to bear form for defense but when we use cat form to just run faster it feels so wasted. What a goofy implementation choice.
