She is a rightful heir, a wise leader, and a gentle person. She is the total opposite of Sylvanas, with a new perspective on the undead.
I hope she gets more light and time to shine on future content.
I hope she gets more light too. Like, in the form of a Holy Shock to the face! Or a Purge the Wicked! Holy Flame could work too
The Forsaken are being restructured into a heroic wing, so theyâll need a leader that can push them toward that inevitability.
We donât have room for villains here. Too many in the wider world to confront.
The Forsaken have spent every day since they were raised under leaders who kept them down for their own benefit.
Arthas enslaved them. Sylvanas did all she could to keep them obedient and afraid.
The Forsaken need a leader who will lift them up out of the darkness, not keep them wallowing in it. Cailia is that someone.

I like Calia. Sheâs co-leading with Lilian right now. But after the recent mess the forsaken need a decent leader if they want a future. Caliaâs leagues better than the previous one, weâll see where she goes!
Lillian lost all respect I had for her during BFA. As far as Iâm concerned her head should be on a pike next to Sylvanasâs.
No thanks. Nothing interesting in having yet another light based leader put in place.
just seems like undead jaina
Sheâs an abomination who fled with her life, while her kingdom and people fell to the Scourge. She has claim to exactly squat.
Popping up with âHEY GAIZ Iâm undead too! Letâs hang out!â changes nothing. I have only one Queen and sheâs Lady Sylvanas.
Isnât the new Horde moto âLive to fight another dayâ?
If you hate Calia, you hate Zappy boi.
I told him to go kick rocks when he tried to recruit me for Traitorfangâs cause.
Ah, still one of those who doesnât see Sylvanas used Horde.
Or maybe thatâs your fetish.
Your opinion of my Queen means less to me than a half-empty can of warm, flat Tab.
âmy Queenâ.
Yeah definitely fantasizing about Sylvanas.
And the opinions of anyone who can call Sylvanas queen without throwing up a little mean nothing to the Forsaken.
You are as much a traitor to them as she is, and I gleefully await your response when they tear her limb from limb for her crimes against them.
Sorry, sheâs already set for loot pinata status⌠unless Blizzard pulls some redemption BS that she doesnât deserve.
Sheâs not a new perspective on the undead. Sheâs a useless Mary Sue, as is the whole concept of âlightforged undeadâ in general, which I find to be one of the most ridiculous things they added in game.
The undead can use the light and be noble without the nonsense. It just has consequencesâwhen an undead has the light cast on them, or when they use it, they feel as though they are burning and in some causes their nerves wake up, and they can feel their own rot. Itâs a terrible fate and sacrifice, but they do it anyway because their will is incredibly strong. Thatâs far more interesting than the âhaha infused with light, perfect, and better, I can do nothing wrongâ.
In my opinion, the forsaken need a leader thatâs anti-hero-esque in nature that isnât someone trying to shove a Mary Sue alliance character into the Horde. Sylvanas was an utter failure at showing the side of the forsaken we could have seen, I was hoping sheâd finally step up and do the right thing, but she didnât, and bigtime. Blizzardâs writing in BfA was horrid, to me, and I hated it.
So itâd be nice to see a true forsaken with a troubled past rise up and take things seriously, someone that has gone through those experiences and still does, not some âpurifiedâ nonsense. This whole notion that âthe light can do no wrongâ is getting tiresome, especially with Calia and her nonsense. I really donât want to see the âoh if you donât lightforge and embrace the light youâre evilâ mentality starting up like it inevitably will if Calia is given more obnoxious screentime.
Donât drink too much of her homegrown holy beverages.
