Why are they such crap? I did both Assaults today and i got 2 of the same belts i got from last weeks cache. Is it just belts in there!?

Nope, its something weird going on, there is another thread on it… For 2 weeks, all I kept getting was legs. Over and over again… Then started my alt and all I got was Shoulders, over and over again… Now I just… stopped doing things in this game. lol

I got 2 helms. Same helm. Neither has glimmer :sleepy:

Why do I feel as if I read somewhere that rewards each week would be a random item and that it wil be the only item reward for the week no matter how many times you quest in an invasion area?

I’m probably incorrect because my minds eye adds “…out of spite.” at the end of it. But I thought I read that…

Lucky you, I’ve done all the minor assaults since release and not got a single item…I’d be happy with the possibility of a dupe lol

I wonder if the higher corruption chance from cache from ptr made it to live? Because I got like about 9 azerite out of 11. Which couldn’t corrupt.

I got bad RNG before. But not 3 weeks in a row like this. Is the RNG really working right?

It’s definitely working wrong… my friend got the same problem as me only she got 5 of the same belts.

Seems to be a “this is the slot you’ll be getting loot for this week” system.

All my dps toons, bracers for a couple of weeks. Today, nothing but boots. It’s so god damn bizarre.

I keep getting azerite helms over and over. All my friends are getting great corrupted gear and I keep getting more 445 azerite. Feels bad man. My mythic + caches were both a let down too. I got avoidance on 1 and leech on my alt. I got Void Ritual 3 during raid last week, but it’s soooo much corruption and doesn’t hold a candle to infinite stars or echoing void. :frowning: This feels just like the legendary lottery of Legion.

I’m not getting the same slots from each chest on a toon, but I AM getting the same slots from the same chest for each toon I run (bracers from uldum on 3 toons, boots from the vale on 3 toons). Granted tiny sample size but it does seem to not really be random. :hear_no_evil::speak_no_evil::see_no_evil:
Edit: I can already feel our statistician hitting me with the “searing eye of Pearson” for writing this :exploding_head:.

My streak broke from it’s tradition and the one toon that really could use some boots and corruption got azerite armor from the major assault cache. Of course for the slot that didn’t need an 445 upgrade.

Maybe it’s just RNG as cover story for an AI that drip feeds upgrades at a controllable rate. And sometimes it only really see’s one slot it’s sure it can’t drop something useful for the given loot parameters.

Well, I just got helms, for my last three, so RNG is still as bad as ever, as if each person gets a seed and sticks with it through thick and thin.

I heard that our weekly M+ chests this season were supposed to contain 4-5 items that we could choose from. Did they decide against it or was it just a rumor?

agree considering both of my M+15 caches I’ve done have had downgrades/got the purgebat…lol why do hard content?

For a long while during 8.2 I kept getting offhands in the emissary weapons cache. every. single. time.
