Still bugged. Wanting to complete transmog but cannot, because the chestpiece in the Cache is the only item with the correct model.
There is absolutely no reason this cannot be fixed.

Still bugged, move the loot to somewhere else, delete the cache and create another one, put the keys back idk. Just do something.

still bugged. made several tickets over the last few months. blizzard doesn’t care, they just say to report it in forum and in game bug ticket. done several times.
