Cache of the Legion bug

Hello

I was running the mechanar dungeon for gold and xmog (in cata prepatch) and after killing the mini bosses and the big boss, and all the trash on the first floor before the elevator, the cache of the legion wont unlock. It appears that since keys were removed, you cannot unlock the cache and wowhead also says after killingGyro the cache should unlock, but it doesnt.

Is there something im missing or is this a bug? I also tried in both normal mode and heroic mode and it doesnt unlock.

Same problem. Blizz removed the key fragments but neglected to properly program the Cache unlock upon boss kill. There is currently no way to unlock the Cache; I have cleared the whole instance and it will remain locked.

Please fix this. Not only does this Cache have a pinnacle transmog item in it, but players levelling through Outlands will be unable to loot gear they deserve for downing the instance bosses.
