Can anyone give me advice on how to use the Cache of acquired treasures? like when to use the axe and the sword? For example, a single target boss vs a multitarget boss like Pantheon or Anduin in SOFO? How about how to best utilize it in mythic plus? I have the weakaura string to show which weapon i get at any given time and the CD, but I would like to know whether i should use certain things immediately on cooldown or wait until optimal time to burst a certain weapon.
Use Axe, always, in every situation. Line it up with Eye Beam and profit!

And for line up, keep in mind the buff from Axe is over 20 seconds in duration, maybe 30 seconds. This means that it’s really only reliably available for one Eye Beam. So for myself I’ve made a rule of thumb to use Axe when available as long as Eye Beam’s cooldown is 20 or less.
Wand is obvious why not to use it, single target blast and all.
Sword is a bit more of a puzzler as to why it isn’t taken, after all Haste is one of our best stats. Reason it’s not taken is due to haste having a cap effect on GCD and our talented ability Demonic resulting in reaching that 100% haste impact without this buff.

Bump. I would like to see if others agree with these takes. Axe if less than 20 seconds left on EB. Wand if going for a single target burst. Haste if nothing available to lineup.
Axes, always axe with EB.
Each time the dot is applied with a crit it gets a tick off. So each hit of EB is a crit.
Also only EB, Anni, and Fel Rush effect it from what I’m told. The optimal usage would be having both EB and meta up so you can EB, meta, and EB again. If used outside of meta CD you can time it to get two EBs into the axe if done right.
This is true if running CA, about 50/50 if your DGB because you can lucky and get 5 DGB procs within that 20 seconds, I know, Ive seen me do it, and boy do I love the 1 minute Sinfuls and 90 second active Meta.

Axe always combined with eye beam. Especially with darkglare which can proc more eye beams that will refresh the duration of the bleed. If you can use it in aoe situation you can melt packs down. I recommend getting the WA so that you can easily see which weapon is cycled through.
