I wonder if they inversed how the abilities functions, what if Shake the heaven was extended by spenders and the builders were the one that spawned a Empyrean Hammer?

Pvp is a game mode equal to mythic+ and raiding.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t care or not. Don’t change facts for your objectives.
I hope for good results. The specs can’t be improved upon until the flow in both is right.
