They’re blasting through content if compared to before. Exactly as I thought they’d be from a 15 year old, already known, no nostalgia anymore game. Molten Core week one just like PServers.
3 weeks and everyone will cry for more content.
"MC will get cleared in one week of launch" go play live soyboy
Beta’s been out for like 4 hours and you’re already crying and whining. Chill T F out. Or better yet, don’t play, make more room for the rest of us with less layering.
Don’t worry, just stick around for 3-6 months after release and the herds of people playing classic for the wrong reason will gravitate back towards retail. Thats when classic will truly shine and the community can start to get to know each other and form bonds and enjoy classic the way its meant to be enjoyed.
1-20 is a breeze and always has been. Level 30 is when it gets real, tbh.
You can cry and moan all you want but it doesn’t change the fact that because people are so highly leveled in “like 4 hours” means WoW will face the exact same problems as it did before 15 years ago. And it’ll be one of those great “told ya so” moments.
When there is nothing to do, you’re right that people will leave. But it won’t just be the people playing classic for “the wrong reasons” it’ll be everyone
I still don’t think we’ll see Molten Core in week 1.
but I also don’t really care if we do, because people who aren’t me rushing through content doesn’t diminish my enjoyment of the game.
So if i’m wrong I’m wrong.
Lol why is MC being cleared week one the benchmark we’re all squabbling over?
Better than having nothing to do after the first month of BFA, honestly.
This is a good example. People that are playing Classic for “content” and rushing to max everything out and kill everything immediately. These people will burn through Classic and then leave shortly after returning back to current wow. The people most excited about Classic are the people that just enjoyed the immersion, community, and simple/casual game play.
OP isnt bold enough to stick around. Already gone.
What is up with all these one post wonders whining right out of the gate?
You gotta take into account that they’re not really competing with a huge amount of players and that this is a beta, and there are players who are not streamers who were invited to the beta, so we can’t see what feedback they’re giving.
When they reach level 30, that is the cap for the beta, then they will f-rround to test other stuff like dungeons, pvp and other stuff that they can’t test at lvl 1 or 5.
Getting to level 20 has never been the tough part. Also, it is the first real day of beta with limited people on it. These mobs are going to be far more scarce when there are thousands of people trying for them.
Wait until they hit that lvl 30-40 fun time. Then the last leg of 50-60. 1-20 isn’t all that hard. Also if you look they are all in groups helping each other…it’s almost like…they need each other…like a community…oh my!
You say “return to retail” like the people rushing to end game arent people who quit retail long ago. There are the casual players that like vanilla WoW for questing and RP and the hardcore players who rush it because end game is what vanilla WoW is to them.
Don’t give a shlt if someone rushes and misses all the adventure. Their game does not impact my joy.
d@mn dude, reminder still stuff to do otehr than raids, and not everyone is going to be powerleveling like them, a majority is going to take their time, like me
Just an FYI, leveling gets longer and longer. The first levels are quick, after 10 it gets long, after 20 it gets much longer, after 30 it gets into a drag, and 50-60 are just horrible. At 50+ you’re sooo close, but so very far away…
