bosses in BWL didnt drop any loot and we all got saved
This is not the one person this has happened to. We had a group of 35 people brick their lockout for the week because of this same issue.

The answer to this cannot be “Submit a bug report so that we can help you.”
My character and 34 others are bricked on BWL lockouts this week and the only “details” I can provide you is that 35 people zoned into BWL and the bosses that we killed (hoping they would start dropping loot) did not drop anything.
I refuse to believe that you would allow 35 people’s lockouts to be bricked for the week due to a bug, please remove the lockout (Raid ID 46826739) from our characters so it’s not a waste of a week, or compensate us with game time.
They cannot give loot or reset lockouts unfortunately.
I know this article doesn’t pertain to your group since (presumably) you weren’t all raid locked, but it does point out that GMs cannot help with loot.
All you can do is submit a detailed bug report and give as much info as possible for Devs to pinpoint the error quicker and hopefully get a fix in place soon.

I get that GMs cannot help with loot, but they can absolutely clear that Raid ID so that no everyone is bricked for the week.
Unfortunately no they cannot. I’m sorry your group experienced the bug, I really hope it’s fixed by next week for you all.
Seen it done in the past. Their unwillingness to do so now does not mean it cannot be done.
