Would you just upgrade or buy? What would you suggest? I do NOT want to build a computer so that option is out.

What for?
6700k with an OC is still fast enough for WoW and most games.
A new GPU would do you more.
Also, never buy a damned Alienware

Is there a reason you’re looking at that particular configuration? Do you do anything other than gaming? Is budget much of a concern or is paying a lot for a little ok?
Would hold onto your current PC for another year personally. Then upgrade once the new upgrades are out later this year. An i7 6700k + GTX 980 Ti should be fine for another year or two.
Also, any PC you buy today should use ddr4 3200 or better in 2020.

But they usually don’t. Seems at least half the time these pre-builts run with 2666.
DIY computers - 3200 or better. 3600 CL16 is quickly becoming the standard.
