I’ve noticed this button appearing in the middle of the screen when summon pet or in the Rogues case when in Stealth mode… like… WTF… any idea what it is or how to move it… I’ve tried turning off addons like bartender etc that I had but nothing…

Are you using BigDebuffs?
Probably bigdebuffs, you can turn it off by unselecting unit frames i think in the bigdebuff settings, but that’s all i know

It’s not just rouges that get screwed over, a lot of leveling quests force the center button on us but it blocks the action bars. Why does Blizzard allow this to happen over and over again?!
The special action button? Just move it with any addons that allow moving UI elements.
