Button Bloat for Enhancement

Ive had people unironically think Im lying when I tell them how many buttons it takes to do my basic damage rotation.

There are a lot of redundant buttons in the Enh rotation. Elemental Blast and Lightning Bolt should share a button, for example. Primordial Wave should trigger when you spend maelstorm, not cast lightning bolt, to deal with that small issue.

Flame Shock can honestly just go away if you bake it into lava lash.

Ice Strike should replace Lava Lash when its cooldown is up.

Even just those three ability mergers would make an immense impact on the volume of keybindings Enh is bloated into requiring. I PvP, so I also have to have all of the utility bound.

Tremor, Thunderstorm, Lunge, Hex, Shear, Cap totem, Decurse, Purge, Lasso, Poison Cleanse, Sprint, Totem Project, Ghost Puppy Form, plus for whatever reason I still have to manually cast my weapon imbueds, which makes no sense given you removed all of my weapon imbued options. Its not like Im choosing between flametongue and frostbrand anymore, those should be passive if you wont give me a choice. Two different shields, and a buff spell now.

And thats JUST utility. That wasnt counting defensives/heals.

The difference between my Enh SHaman and my Evoker is night and day. Evoker I press one button and everyone has my buff, my rotation is functional and satisfying, with half the buttons of Enh because my button presses matter instead of just being 3 different key presses to set up a frost shock that does any real damage.

Enh needs a pruning mid-expansion pronto. 1 in 10 of my buttons are redundancies that do the exact same thing as another button.
