Burst of Knowledge Idea

The problem I see with the way Burst of Knowledge is currently designed is that you’ll more often than not get it when it’s the least useful to you: In a quest hub turning in quests, just finishing a dungeon and have to turn in quests. I would often get it then spend the duration of the timer collecting followup quests, then running to mobs for those quests and then finishing the quest and running back wasting the buff.
I think it would be better designed as a 10m buff with no duration extension and stacks that decay each time you kill a mob. I think the 10 minute duration gives it time to be useful more often while the stacks would prevent it from possibly being more powerful than intended.

First let the kill a mob bonus actually work.

It sucks. I spent more time never using it. But new heirloom suck anyway. I say just appreciate that you have dungeon gear that you don’t have to change for 50 levels. That’s how I look at it.
