So Blizzard knows that they introduced a talent that reduces the worm pet ability Burrow’s CD to less than the channel length?

Meaning you can perma-Burrow, preventing anyone from capping unless they drop a Ring of Frost on the pet inbetween channels, or kill the Hunter.

Probs should fix that, but in the meantime I’m gonna keep playing Hide & Seek with extra steps on my Hunter.

Kill the hunter that is in stealth and not at that base? Got it.

Or try to figure out which hunter it is? Someone finally tracked down the hunter defending farm with his pet, he was at market. Max level PvP is so broken. :man_facepalming:

Why do people defend something that is clearly broken and being exploited with a silly suggestion. Why not just fix the problem :man_shrugging:

Blizzard needs to be fixed ASAP. This exploit is ridiculous. Untargetable unit that constantly spins flags while invisible hunter can anywhere on the map? If this stays long we start seeing full on hunter teams of just this nonsense. The guardian druid equipped sleeper lego is enough as it is, but this hunter worm pet needs to be changed.

Yall clearly don’t understand how to play defensively. Btween feign death legendary and turtle and kiting hunters can live lord for days.

I think you don’t understand. It’s a bm hunter with no pet. No stun, master’s call or interlope.

I don’t think you understand, stop defending clearly broken and exploited mechanics with your failed logic. Just fix the game. PvP will never be good if they don’t fix it.

The reason why we can’t have nice things is people like you don’t actually want the game to be good.

  1. The pet gets auto-dismissed when you move too far away from it ~100 yards
  2. There is a 1 second delay between casts where the worm is exposed (so you would see the worm every 8 seconds)
  3. If you use kill command it pulls the pet out of burrow
  4. The worm will not benefit from barbed shots or frenzy
  5. The BM hunters ability to put up a fight will be crippled without the pet.

Come on guys. Is this a joke?

It is a joke that this exist and you are defending something ruining game play. Just stop please and thanks. I get it you like exploiting mechanics. However lets fix the game.

You can’t take 1k in damage to sit on the flag waiting for the worm to pop up? It’s an incredibly weak ability.

And to this point…

I can’t leave my pet at market and then go to defend farm. My pet would be auto dismissed. Not to mention that if I were to do anything other than press burrow over and over again GCD would interrupt the burrows.

You as a hunter, do not need to kill the person attempting to cap. Thats not the job of a base sitter. Its not to 1v1 or 1v2, it is ONLY to delay and spin.

It is irrelevant that your damage is crippled if they do not cap.
