Found much success with this build for increased survivability:
Evoker Tree
Ancient Flame - Casting Emerald Blossom or Verdant Embrace reduces the cast time of your next Living Flame by 40%
Devastation Tree
Inner Radiance - Your Living Flame and Emerald Blossom are 30% more effective on yourself.
Engulfing Blaze - Living Flame deals 25% increased damage and healing, but its cast time is increased by 0.3s
Burnout - Fire Breath damage has 16% chance to cause your next Living Flame to be instant cast, stacking 2 times.
Living Flame buffed 55%. Living Flame Heals for 140k, usually critically heals for 238k-300k.
Rank 1 Fire Breath (DoT) burns targets over 24secs (30sec Fire Breath CD); Ideally, the longer the dot duration the longer the chance to farm Burnout stacks (which can be used to instantly heal yourself for 140k-300k per Living Flame, stacking 2 times).
Ancient Flame from the Evoker Tree, in combination with, Emerald Blossom and Verdant Embrace can likewise be used to cheese the +.3s Living Flame. Verdant Embrace then Living Flame (40% reduced cast), and/or, Emerald Blossom then Living Flame (40% reduced cast).
