So… was this lovely new visual effect always intended and since when? Does this mean there’s hope for upgrades to our spell effects some time this decade? What a great fix!
Sorry, no new visuals, all the art went into the 4th and 5th DH specs they have planned for TLT. Enjoy your perma Oracle visual and your GS from 2006.
