Anyone know if this is something you have to do on one toon? Of if I can hit exalted on 5 toons?

The achievement is earn exalted on:

  • Honor Hold
  • Keepers of Time
  • Cenarion Expedition
  • Lower City
  • The Sha’tar

It seems like it’s all on one toon but I’m hoping for some bugs or something like that because I’m 40% done if it’s any toon.

IIRC, I said that achievements require one toon internally, but meta achievements can be split across toons.
