Burden of Power for Sunfury Arcane Mage does not trigger unless Arcane Blast specifically is the spell used to conjure a Spellfire Sphere. It does not trigger at all once you have maximum Spellfire Spheres. Further, Glorious Incandescence is granted without Burden of Power ever appearing, but again only when using Arcane Blast and at 5 stacks of Spellfire Spheres (plural, the buff that requires 6 stacks to generate a Spellfire Sphere), and not by consuming Burden of Power as shown in the tooltip. It seems obvious that this is not working as intended.

Yeah, for example you can spam arcane barrage on 5 stacks and hit 6 stacks, and repeating barrage keeps the stack at 6 without giving buff or resetting stack. This makes using barrage procs in AOE encounters unable to proc burden of power without casting arcane blast after 5 stacks.
