I tamed Bulvinkel in Stormheim, and every time I try to call pet for Bulvinkel he appears for one second and then disappears immediately. If I summon him as my secondary pet from the Beast Master talent, he appears and will dps. But I can’t summon as my primary.
Never mind it let me tame him pre lvl 39, but now that I hit 39 I can use.
