I was trying to get my bullions today in LFR and they would not drop I am missing a few and didn’t get any drops after killing several bosses.
You may have just been very unlucky. They don’t drop on every boss; I get about 5-6 for a full clear of all four wings. Try on a Remix character if you have one.
