Bullion wasn’t going to be dropping, but it must be a bug that the vendors have vanished too, what with a lot of people still having bullion and wanting to spend it. Must be a bug, please fix. Plus, it makes the inn look absolutely empty.

Reported the bug in-game too. I was saving the bullion and still want to spend them! I haven’t been playing much due to the horrible, no good, very bad guild bank issue. So haven’t had a chance to use them yet.
Bullion vendor gone, but cannot delete the bullion in my bags now. Either put the transmog vendor back, or allow us to delete these on our alts.
Yes, there are still many Bullion in my backpack that have not been exchanged for items. It is understandable that Bullion cannot be obtained in the new version.Why delete the Bullion vendor as well? This experience is too bad,I strongly hope Blizzard can restore the Bullion vendor.
The vendors are back today! I was able to spend my bullion.
They’re randomly appearing and disappearing on login for me.
