I just went to check out the vendor out of curiosity, and I found Iszy, the new vendor to trade bullions with, is stuck under another NPC Norzko the Proud in zaralek caverns. Only way to use the vendor is to /target Iszy and use an interact with target keybind.
Can confirm this as well. You can get around it by putting the camera at just the right angle but it’s still mildly annoying.
i cant even use the interact keybind for Iszy. this makes the game nonenjoyable to me. i seriously hope that the developers fix this issue before tuesday.
