Build issue

I am having a weird issue. I tried copying a build from both Icy Veins and Murlok for a pvp build but it just breaks. I am manually selecting each talent to match that of the players whose build im copying, but when i get down to around Acrobatic strikes, I am still short one point? So I have to choose another talent to open up the rest of the tree. And by the time I get to the end of the build, I still have 1 point left over? I am so confused right now. The way this guy has his build, I have 2 more extra points. So I put another point in Subterfuge and then into Without A Trace. The player whose build im copying doesnt have extra vanish charge at all and only 1 point of Subterfuge. Am I overlooking something here?

That player is using an old build.

Subterfuge is now 2 points and you are correct something is off.

Ive come across a couple of players like this so they must be using the same old build.
