You can build around Radiant Incandescence. But it will probably perform worse then glimmer not playing glimmer optimally.
There is also a Grace of the Justicar build that will do good healing if there is raid wide damage and your raid stacks in melee range.
You went to a website to ask a question regarding a build but wont go to a website to look at the build? Just use Icyveins or Wowhead guides for non-glimmer builds or google it. Don’t be lazy.

They offer talent builds for Avenging Crusader and Glimmer.
Have a loook at mine. Works well for me. Mind you my current selection of azerite powers is more a matter of the gear i got than preference. I tried glimmerdin and i went back to a more classic pally build.
You really want breaking dawn though.

Holy Pallies have four good traits. Breaking Dawn is a single (optional on stacked fights), Light’s Decree is a single (Glimmer only), then you take either triple Glimmer or triple Grace depending on your build.
The rest are pretty mediocre, you can fill the sixth (or 5 + 6 for Judgement build) with anything. I’d take Avenger’s Might (raids) or Incandescence (M+), but it’s not a big deal and I wouldn’t drop ilvl to get those traits (whereas you definitely would for Glimmer or Grace).
I have. Really ive pretty much tried them all. I dont sim. I dont use dam or healing trackers so i tend to not worry too much about which traits i use but my go to is breaking dawn. After that glimmer. Incandesence. Justicar would be my first pics then wtvr else might fill the gaps.
I dont like the idea of sacrificing ilvl for traits and thast one of the main reasons i havnt stuck wiht the glimmerdi style.
Although worth noting that i recently bought a 460 piece with residuum and after some gear shuffling with my other specs i am now back to glimmerdin. It wasnt on purpose though. It just happened that way.
I guess im a go with the flow kinda player looks like.
