So it looks like, at least on Benediction, that the daily “Maintaining the Sunwell Portal” is bugged and when you phase shift into the other plane it’s empty. No mana cells, no worms, nothing. Basically it means the quest is impossible to do.

When you use the Bash’ir Phasing Device, you no longer see any of the mobs nor the quest items, making the quest completely impossible to complete.
This is happening on Atiesh as well.

Same thing is happening on Mankrik - no mobs, no mana cells.

I’m on Mankrik too, ran into this issue last night. Others saying the same thing. Hope it gets fixed, I’m broke and doing dailies helps to get some.

As of now the quest looks to be working on Benediction again, I was just able to complete it as it seems everything is spawning again.
