It seems that weekly quests such as 3 work orders, looted profession knowledge points for Leatherworking, and Skinning did not reset. This includes the Ring Deep Weekly machine event, theatre event, and we are unable to gain delve keys, and weekly caches. My understanding is that it will be fixed next week.
My concern is how is blizzard going compensate progress loss to those who only have 1 character? Each profession knowledge point is 5 artisan accuity. When we are so limited already losing out in all the points that we did this week without being corrected for the entire week is concerning. Also, we lost out on Delve keys so we can’t fill that section of our great vault. Also, I’m concerned about the half of spark that i missed as well. Not to mention unable to use treatises as well and probably other weekly activities that I’m forgetting
So, I would like to know what is blizzard going do if anything for those who were affected by this game breaking bug? I believe that if they have a fix, they should bring the servers down for those effected so we can finish the weekly activities before reset.

I submitted an in game ticket for my missing coffer keys and it was answered with an article stating the bug will be fixed next week for the reset.
Thats great the bug is fixed for next week but what about now, I am just out four coffer keys this week? My main activity is delves. This is a core feature of this expansion, this isn’t a free to play game. I expected better support.
Really disappointing.

Yeah, it’s unacceptable. If they have the fix push it to the servers now so we can obtain our keys and knowledge points before it resets, or we lose the entire week. Or go through and give us our half of spark, delve key, and missing knowledge points.
This is huge. It is absolutely unacceptable to lose out on things that cannot be caught up on because of a Blizzard bug. Their quality has gone so far down with this patch. They put all their money into story and forgot about actual playing the game…

thats exactly the issue. We can’t catch up and we end up with losing out on vault rewards, weekly rep, and knowledge points which is unacceptable

At least they responded saying it’ll be fixed with the next reset. I just got a generic loot problem copy/paste answer telling me to log out and back in again.
Well we just had a reset and my main doesn’t have any weekly quests. Sounds like the bug isn’t fixed and I get to take a week off from this game.
