Just think it’s funny when lowers lvls get higher gear and have fun it’s the worst thing in the game and makes people quit. Yet when a “Timewalking” even lets high lvls one shot everyone that’s a lower lvl it’s fair game. The more and more i read through the blizz forums and changes they make or tend to. Just makes it easier to say screw this game and let a vet account die and disappear.
thanks for the reporting these issues clearly. i recently got back into the game and have spent most of my time leveling through BGs. the only games i havent found fun were when either team had one of these twinks.
i was amazed when i got one shot by a hunter aimed shot in 29 BG. i went from 100% -> under 15% HP in one aimed shot, died one GCD later. i was level 29 with 32ilvl, so i was one of the better geared players in the bracket and i still got decimated in 2 globals. after looking at his account, i found he had a 100% winrate in BGs. how is this ever fun for the opposing team? everyone in my BG group gave up cause we could do nothing against the twink hunter
keep in mind this hunter was a level 20 trial account, so he can stay in the XP-ON bracket and stomp forever.
twinks like that shouldn’t be allowed to stay forever in the XP-ON bracket. anyone who thinks otherwise just wants to stomp noobs all day in OP gear
the people arguing for this blatantly OP gear to exist just so they can stroke their egos is pathetic.
I started in BC man. when i hit 15 or so i joined WSG (was a rogue). While in there i got one shot by another rogue so i whispered my buddy asking what it was all about and he told me it was a twink. See the difference between me and most others in the chat is that i looked into it to figure out how he did so much damage. This was the first toon i ever made in wow only playing for a few days and being one shot by a twink made me want to learn everything about it not cry about being killed in a game. That being said, I had a lvl 19 rogue before i even made it to lvl 70 in BC. You wine and cry over being killed yet won’t do anything to make your toon stronger… Like the monk there. Add a gem put satyr on neck put some weapon chant on (proc or ele) so on. This is what is ruining this game, people can’t handle being killed by someone with better gear that put effort into it. In stead you sit in org reporting away cause you can’t handle being bested by another. It’s a game either better your toon or uninstall. That’s literally what this game is based on. Not “Oh no i want to be even with that guy and not do sh*t for it” Yea that’s fair…
Just because you had to go through it in BC doesn’t make it good design. Back then BGs were not a leveling option.
Most players playing in the XP-ON brackets are just leveling their characters through PVP. No ones gonna enchant gear they will replace in 6 levels.
The XP-OFF bracket is designed so players like you can face each other. Instead of you guys pub-stomping the leveling and new player population.

on one hand, there’s some changes and on the other, things remain the same. i could copy/pasta my previous post. i hope this is not the end and they save the hardest fixes for last. if it’s too much to bother just slap level 22 requirement on azerite gear, artifact weapons and cogwheels or bring back templates for leveling pvp, with toons choice of secondaries

on other hand, “Brilliant Blood Garnet” gives +7 intellect, at level 20. there’s alliance and horde version, witta same name. it’s strength and agility counterparts give +2, so it seems it doesn’t scale, at all.

Well! Great job blizzard! I think 4/5 bugs for low levels have been fixed with the release of build 9.0.2.
But still there are problematic things, and there are still enough of them.

It’s the same with similar stones from these vendors in terms of strength and agility. - Presumably broken green items 28 ilvl, which has a limit 19 level from the locations of the legion and bfa, which has more stats than rare and epic items from all dungeons and quests.
P.S: Well, this list is probably far from complete and will be supplemented over time in this thread. But nevertheless, some progress is evident and thanks to all those who helped in this difficult task of fighting the system and supported our team.
alotta changes, some unexpected ones, like garrison follower gear upgrades but it’s ok, i guess.
what i don’t know is if artifact weapons/relics are fixed and am i the only one that thinks cogwheels are an issue. 3x +10 secondary seems a bit much, to me, but i guess it’s, relatively, generally obtainable.
Still waiting for some fixes!
shadowlands just came out, that’s gonna keep 'em busy for some time. dungeons seem overtuned and that’s not addressed and is much wider issue. on other hand, something that i thought wouldn’t be addressed at all - was. orgrimmar barber shop was as dark as a cave and now is lit up. so i hope they will finish fixing the stuff soon, especially relic and cogwheel scaling. though, gear is all over the place, some greens are bis, there even might be some overhaul, somewhere down the line.
Let’s hope that at least in 9.1 a lot will be fixed, cuz such things as https://www.wowhead.com/item=33782/steady-talasite are too obvious a mistake.

We are still waiting for fixes from the first post and some others, including the forgotten wod rare from which one single weapon of 44 ilvl drops, not tied to level 35.
