There is one persistent bug that is still in this game that irritates me. It’s the one where if you have all four action bars visible, but occasionally when you log in, it resets to two visible. This has been going on for years. I hate having to go back in to settings to make all four visible again.
Do you have any bugs that were never fixed that irritate you?
The Darkmoon Dirigible keeps losing its forward movement sounds every other patch. They fixed it once, then the following patch broke it again

Male night elf shoulder armor. It has always been wonky. And I mean always, old model and new (proof of what a low effort rush job their revamp was). They are seemingly aware of the shoulder armor bug as it was actually adjusted at the start of BfA, but not actually fixed. It’s still off kilter. I’m pretty sure it’s the reason why the male npc’s in that night elf “heritage” armor during all the darkshore stuff only have a single shoulder piece rather than two.

BM’s talent to have a second pet is bugged since it was added.
Your second pet can take up to 5 seconds to spawn, sometimes even longer.
And on instances like islands, it will bug out and stay on the ship until you dismiss and resummon.
Leveling up also messes with pet growl in dungeons, as well as them dropping down to 25% health.
I keep getting really good gear for trivial crap… oh that’s intended…
Actually, the one where an NPC has two or more quests and after I accept the first, it won’t let me accept the 2nd. I have to shut the window and reopen it. Not a big deal, but I’ve been leveling my alts and noticed it a lot lately.
Dismounting will sometimes log me out
That’s been happening a lot in BfA. They fix bugs in one patch and then accidentally rollback the fixes in the very next patch.
They’ve also been playing whack-a-mole with NPC poke line bugs since patch 7.3.5.
I keep moving my portrait and target frame to center right above my bars but they randomly reset to top left again
Someone once told me that this issue was related to your WTF folder being too full and causing errors, same with any setting being reset when logging out. Whether that’s true or not, I’m not sure but you could try cleaning it and seeing if that helps.
Sometimes getting glitched while flying in New Dalaran and it saying I’m in Dalaran Sewers, but I’m actually still in the town. The NPCs and all players disappear.
The Redridge Mountain conclusion quest. The dragon will often not pick up the NPC after you get his health to 0%. He will sit there and attack the NPC forever until you logout or drop the quest and run away. I’ve also had the dragon follow me back to the quest giver back down the mountain. It happens almost every time I do it and a lot of the time the NPC’s that are supposed to help you kill that dragon won’t even spawn in.
Edit: I’ve been reporting this bug for a few years now and it still hasn’t been fixed…
i can honestly say i’ve never heard of this happening.
the only time i’ve had an issue with this, is when someone else starts the quest, and either dies, or moves on and doesn’t complete the quest.
players should be phased for this quest.
The good old Demon Hunter/Hunter/Balance Druid/Shaman/Mage bug where if you use your dash/disengage while moving a certain way, it’ll consider you cheating and boot you out of the game. I have it happen every now and again and my gosh is it frustrating as all get out.
