Most map issues are resolved that I have seen, however if your seeing some you might submit a bug, but first make sure your not using any mapping add-ons, and if you are make sure you have the latest versions as well as disable them and make sure the problem is still there.

Not true. Players not in the same zone as you consistently display in the wrong location on the world map since 1.15.5. I made several reports and a forum post about this in the bug report forum but it still hasn’t been fixed. A lot of players complaining about this in game.
Interesting, I know I was having a lot of issue for quite a while, where the maps were essentially unusable, but that seemed to clear up several days after fresh went live. Is it all zones you’re having issues with or with a few zones, and do you use any mapping add-ons? I do use Leatrix Maps not sure if that would impact anything.

The bug occurs in all zones that are not the one my character is currently in. So if your party members are outside of your characters zone, they will appear it a seemingly random place on the map. Personally I don’t use any addons for the “true” HC experience, though I don’t judge anyone that chooses to use addons.
Confirmed. Same experience with bugged maps. I don’t use addons.
