[AUG 30 Update - See Comment #9 and #17. Most issues have been resolved]
Title. The following Side quests and Events seem to be either bugged, or timegated:
Ringing Deeps:
Quests - Gearing Up for Trouble (can’t speak with Speaker Kuldas), Rollin’ Down the Deeps.
Event - Awakening the Machine.
Hallowfall:
In the achievement Sojourner of Hallowfall - chapters: Striking Steel, Memories of the Sky.
According to wowhead, the latter is related to the achievement “Lost and Found”.
Also “The Last Mage” in Mereldar - Shows on the world map, but not minimap + NPC not found.

Also having the same issues. That Mage quest is that questline where we helped the guy teleport, so seems its not clearing even though we have done it.
I spoke with Steelstrike in the renown tent to start and then accepted all the quests she had and completed them. She now does not offer any more quests. As far as I know thats all it should take.
Bugged here as well for Sojourner of Hallowfall, did some quests that popped up, but all that’s left is Striking Steel and Memories of the Sky. Not sure if they’re timegated for the 26th or not, but haven’t seen anything about it.
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I spent the entire day today clearing literally every possible objective, world quest, dungeon, delve, etc. in all of the zones trying to finish Hallowfall.
Must be bugged or timegated because I have nothing left on my map to do and I have flown in every nook and cranny.

Treasure: Dusty Prospector’s Chest
I might not be properly understanding how treasures work, because they seem to disappear for a while after somebody loots them…
In addition, I’ve been disconnecting about 15% of the time when launching with Skyward Ascent. Flightpaths also disconnect most of the time.

Update #1 - Aug 25 - I was able to complete Sojourner of Azj-Kahet! Only the Hallowfall chapters as above seem to remain either bugged, or time-gated, for some reason… As do the treasures, sidequests and events listed above.
Update #2 - Aug 26 - Removed the Zone Events from my list, as apparently all of these are simply time-gated until the official release after tomorrow.
Update #3 - Aug 27 - I’ve managed to complete Striking Steel under Sojourner of Hallowfall!
Update #4 - Aug 30 - After this first weekly reset, I was able to complete the following: Treasures of the Isle of Dorn achievement; Rollin’ Down in the Deeps in Quest in The Ringing Deeps; Lost and Found (Hallowfall) Achievement Progress continued via Weekly quests, The Last Mage, Sky Captain’s Sunken Chest; Treasures of Azj-Kahet, All Sojourner achievements except for Hallowfall – which I suppose will be able to be completed after the next weekly reset.
I was able to complete “The Last Mage” quest, but “Lost in the Darkness” is another chapter of the achievement that I am unable to even start. I have searched high and low all throughout the map, and even checked the “starting quest” for this chapter on Wowhead.
As per the Wowhead comments, other players are also having trouble completing the 3 chapters: Striking Steel, Memories of the Sky, Lost in the Darkness
Lost in the Darkness is doable but I needed to complete the campaign and a lot of the other side quests before it started. I needed to go to the keyflame area and do a bunch of quests there.
Which one is it? I can’t find it.
As for the Keyflame, I guess it’s also a Weekly locked until official release? I’ve been able to do some events around it but not progress towards its main track reward.
I did not get the breadcrumb quest, Light’s Call, but I was able to talk to Aliya Hillhelm and get Seeds of Evil directly. I completed that and the surrounding side quests in the farm area, including turning over the bracelet from the Lost and Found items to one of the nearby NPCs.
Interesting. This didn’t work for me. From what I saw on wowhead comments on the Sojourner of Hallowfall meta achievement – this chapter is timegated, so I’ve probably done all I could, as, barring my list above (comment #8), there’s absolutely nothing on my map.
having teh same issue here cant find the darkness questline at all. but I have seen others here contributing to the braziers which I can not do either. anyone know why that is. did I miss something?
