I am at the part where I need to bring a soul vessel to Raszel Ander in Desolace - however I cannot see him and I am at the correct location as I have watched other locks do it - but the NPC remains invisible to me.
please help.
Get off your mount and/or reload.
not on mount cause you cant mount here and I’ve relogged a few times.
This isnt like the barrens bug for that NPC - I’m in desolace.
Having the same issue, I’m stuck on the Quest Tempting Fate. Infact, I abandoned it and can’t even pick it back up because Raszel is not anywhere around the altar in desolace. I’ve already turned in the soul vessel and completed that quest.
I’m having the same problem. I killed the elite after the summoning, but before I could collect the rune a mob killed me. I went back and Raszel didn’t have the “?” over his head anymore so I abandoned the quest and now I can’t get it again. I even went back to his camp in Desolace and he won’t offer me the quest again???

Go into Meta form and he should appear.
