Ok Blizzard… I’m totally for maintenance days, but it appears you either don’t care, your lazy, or just plain unprofessional, to fix problems that have been identified and more problems keep appearing every day.
Either way, its your reputation, of which nobody else has control over, but you.
Just today, I have three items (soulbound quest items) of which start a quest. If I attempt to use either one of them, I get the response, “you have completed that quest.” So why didn’t the system remove it and/or get rid of it when “selling junk” to the vendors?
Then at the big dig (new area you added a few updates ago), there are a few situations where you have to remove (Traitors Bramble) weeds while the archiving quests are active. One or two weeds appear, but the others you need to complete the quest don’t show up for about 2 min - -just a few minutes before DoomShadow appears.
As I attempted to complete the Achievement “Quintessential Quintet”, I get the unnerving reminder that the same quest listed in this thread is still bugged!
So please understand, we, as your paying customers, are totally on board for maintenance days. I can’t imagine how many hours or days could be added up (during the decades of being a player) in subscription fees for not being able to play (not to mention the total for all worldwide accounts) , so its reasonable and prudent that customers should expect a bit more from you in return.
(i.e., … when we identify a problem, you fix it)
Now, that being said,… please please please… get this quest FIXED!
