The Quest “Jaina’s Resolution” is bugged and unable to be completed.
When I accept the quest from Jaina outside Darnassus and then click on the portal she provides to go to an instance version of Dalaran, the starting event to get credit for the quest doesn’t play.
I’ve tried reloading my UI, disabling all add-ons, even waited for a server restart and it did not resolve the issue as per my ticket #US71016655. Since GMs cannot grant quest credit I’m stuck.
I even tried talking to the mage at the Alliance base who can also teleport you to an instance version of Dalaran for the quest and it doesn’t work either.
This is preventing the completion of the “Operation: Shieldwall Campaign” achievement questline for the mount at the end. The current progress this quest is for is the “The Purge of Dalaran” step.
