cannot interact with any of the 3 npc’s have tried dropping quest, reloading, relogging, leaving area and coming back all the things. nothing is working they glow but you cannot interact

Workaround: if you go do all the kobold bee quests for janky up in Dornagal you will then be able to interact and continue this quests in Ringing Deeps. These quests seem to be a secret pre-req for completing this main questline.

Either Blizzard fixed it, or you need to progress the campaign until you get back to Gundargaz with Skitter. It may have resolved earlier.
Where is the quests for Janky (Kobals) in Dornogal?

it’s not fixed, can’t click any of the NPC’s. Should not need to do workarounds and if there’s pre-req it should be mentioned in the quest line

It started working for me after finishing the “Back to Gundargaz” campaign quest
I can’t believe they still haven’t fix the quest yet! GET OFF YA BUTTS AND FIX THIS GAME! 
BLIZZARD PLEASE DON’T FREEZE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. I AM SIMPLY STATING THE TRUTH: The quest is still bugged and is bugged on EIGHT of my characters.
