I can’t seem to complete this quest no matter what i do. This is one of the Venthyr convenant quests. The only reason im trying to do this is i can’t seem to invite the Countess to the ember court because she isnt in the tower because i assume this is part of her questline causing a phasing issue. Im a mount farmer trying to get her mount from getting her max rank. thats really the only reason im doing this.
The dude your supposed to talk too just isnt showing up for me i assume some sort of phasing issue. Ive tried abandoning the quest picking it back up, leaving the zone coming back, changing my covenants, ive even had one of my friends sync to me chromie shadowlands time and he still isnt appearing. Unsure of what i should to do to fix this? or what more i can try because im out of ideas.
