Bugged / Phased Quests (Idle Hands) and (Ages-Echoing Wisdom)

The quests (Idle Hands) and (Ages-Echoing Wisdom) are phased or bugged out and I am not able to start them to finish (Trouble at the Gromling Corral) and (Tricky Spriggans) for the Sojourner of Ardenweald. Both quests are given by Lady of the Falls

I am having the same issue. I put in a ticket. She is not offering me any of these quests.

Same problem here. I have tried /reload, relogging, changing warmode and walking away from the area (going to oribos as well). The problem persist. Last achievement locking me from Loremaster.

I had this same issue, you may have not finished Tied Totem Toter at (48, 24)
