Heroic Silken Court is bugged with only Anub’arash present after phase 2 until defeat. Lockout says boss has been killed, but there’s no loot and we are stuck in combat (had to hearth)
We reset the instance and killed it eventually towards the end of our raid night, no loot, just as expected…
super frustrating since spymaster’s web is bis for every caster and we lost the only chance to loot it this week.
submitted ticket was marked answered because they won’t reset the raid loot for us

No meaningful changes, still happening. Submitted a bug report ages ago. Asked about loot since no one in the raid received loot, as is the major negative result caused by this bug.

This just happened again. 12/31/24 on patch day. Anub’arash stayed up while Takazj went underground and never resurfaced. Stuck in combat. No loot. Locked to instance.
Good stuff everyone. Isn’t this why this game is a subscription model? So bugs get fixed? And don’t persist for 6 months on content?

Still happening, different alt. A full raid issue, not just me and my “have you tried removing X and clearing Y” canned message reading.
They’re sending people to post on the forums now, only for the forums to tell us we’re screwed. Bug report already submitted, never gets any traction.
Is this some roundabout way for someone else in another team to manually generate loot? If so, it’s not happening.
I also have a separate issue of winning a roll on my monk after defeating Heroic Princess. Different context, the loot roll was won, but the server reset. Nothing in mail.
But same response from staff.
This time, I at least got a thanks from someone who noticed how old my account is. But still, very ugly to have now 4 instances of killed bosses and no loot. Even worse when I win the roll and get nothing.
Especially with my rolls being bad on that alt specifically for absolutely random reasons.
Edit: 2 days later, normal Silken Court on a fresh alt. Anub didn’t enter Raging Fury phase as is the case for most of these issues. Defeated Anub, no loot, the webs leading to Queen didn’t open, no one in the raid received loot, we were stuck in combat, and the usual chaos ensued.
Pasted this thread in chat while people tried the same hearth in/out troubleshooting that does nothing.

This happed with my normal difficulty group last night. The court boss was at like 2%. It went into the dispell phase at the skinny boss. We botched it but survived. The skinny boss went under the floor. The big boss stopped what he was doing. We killed the big boss and the skinny boss never came back. We were still stuck in battle. 2 group members were stuck dead. The entrance and exit were still closed. We had to disband and hearth. We got locked to the court boss with no loot. We reformed and reset and killed the queen. I put in multiple tickets but the GMs wouldn’t even consider giving me at least the crests and stones I earned.
