Can’t get loot can’t finish a time walking can’t get loot from M+ get forced to Alt F4 then on top of that can’t raid normal or heroic…
Blizzard please hot fix your game.

My wife and I are having the same problem. As soon as we loot the first boss we’re stuck for the rest of it and have to Alt+F4 out to leave the dungeon. Unplayable.
I wanted to add us to the list of people having this problem.

On the same boat. Been trying to do my weekly quests. having to hard log, then wait 10-30 minutes for the stupid “character name already exists” to then do it all over again… I pay a sub for a game i cant even play.

The bug is still live just did the first boss in heroic and half the raid D/Ced.
I understand, but this forum is only P2P troubleshooting these days, so you have to report it where the devs have a team collecting info.
Have had the same issue on two separate toons, hot fix needs to be done to address this. Inability to loot chest then, total lock from doing anything resulting in not being able to play.
