Bug with flurry

I have 5/5 flurry. CTS attk speed is 2.6. 30% of 2.6 is .78. 2.6-0.78 = 1.82, instead character sheet shows it as 2.0. The same problem persists for the Brut blade here.

Is this a bug? Flurry not giving as much attack speed as it’s suppose to?

Haste calculations are multiplicative inverse operations.

2.6 / ((30/100) +1) = 2.0
