Since yesterday I am trying to do these world missions and I have this problem.
I am doing the mission normally and suddenly the mission restarts and I return the percentage to 0 (It also makes a strange effect as if there was another mission of the same style in the same place)
It is impossible for me to complete these missions and I stopped trying because when the percentage of the mission was restarted, I could continue gaining artifact power infinitely (Although it is very little)
I asked other players and they told me that the same thing happened to them

I came here to post the exact same thing. Specifically, this is for the Azerite Madness quest in Tiragarde Sound at the Umber Shores. The WQ Azerite Mining phases in for a second or two but I can’t interact with that one. I was up to about 70% complete and then there was another phase-in and the counter got reset to zero.
I just submitted a bug report for the same issue. I cannot complete the “Azurite Mining” quest in Zuldazar. It keeps phasing out and resetting to 0.
Saw the same thing as Gimi with az madness and az mining. Now Sliding with style north of tradewinds market will phase out and stop randomly.
I have had the Azerite quest in Kul’Taris crash my PC. I was seeing 2 different images come and go like 2 different mechanics of the gathering of Azerite were happening at the same time. There were quite a few people in the area I was doing the Rock Giants and they would reset and things would be visually strange. I had my first Blue Screen Crash doing this. The second Blue Screen Crash was when I was in Mechadon.
