The reason for a significant amount of botting in WoW Classic is the unnecessary and arbitrary rarity of highly sought after items such as “Formula - Enchant Weapon Crusader” and “Black Lotus”. This “Bug” can be addressed by dramatically increasing the spawn chances and drop rates of these items, making it a waste of time to bot for them.
Take a proactive approach to battling bots; eliminate the incentive to do so.
