In the Netherstorm area with portals, the terrain blinks black over and over; it’s about a millisecond but very distracting. When I look up at the sky, it stops. Seems it might be something with the shadows in the area? I have Shadow, SSAO, et al settings only at Good.
Turning everything to Low or Disabled does not fix the issue; however the issue stops when out of the portal area.
