If you talk to Zidormi to teleport back to the past version of Vale of Eternal Blossoms, the map for that zone becomes un-clickable from the Pandaria world map.
I have no add-ons active, and the Vale was under assault from N’zoth at the time. I was on the quest “The Engine of Nalak’sha” of the Black Empire quest chain (Alliance side), if that’s relevant.
I have the same issue. I can’t see quest turn-ins or party members, or quest givers, or the mini visions of N’zoth on the map.
Please help.

edit. nvm - just had travel back, talking to Zidormi at mogu’shan palace;
I’m necroing this because it’s still an issue. If you use Zidormi to go back in time, you can no longer see the Vale zone map unless you’re physically in the zone already. The zone is not clickable from the Pandaria map.

You can return back to present time if you talk to Zidormi in the Mogu Shan Palace in Vale of Eternal Blossoms
I understand, but I prefer to keep the zone how it was before 8.3.

Same problem, I’m a 120 that skipped MoP so I’m going back and doing the full story line, the rest of Pandaria’s mapping works fine until you hit Vale of Eternal Blossoms, no matter how many times you talk to Zidormi to swap back and forth you can get the right map but it’s not interactive nor does it reflect quest objectives/npc interactions making it impossible to complete.

still an issue. feels like devs just don’t care seeing as this was reported to them nearly a year ago and it still isn’t fixed and hasn’t been mentioned.
For some reason Zidormi isnt even spawning for me? Im at the palace but shes isnt here at all?

Work around: goto Uldum and click the N’Zoth Assults eye at the bottom left to get to Vale.
