When I go to the new version of Undercity on my Alliance character I am attacked by guards, but when I go to the new version of Teldrassil on my Horde character I am not attacked by guards.
Is there a questline I missed or is this a bug?

I’m confused then. Teldrassil was never intended to be Horde, but the replacement is neutral, so why isn’t the replacement for Undercity neutral?
You’re not confused. You’re trying to pick a fight about why one city is neutral and the other is not. And in case you haven’t forgotten the horde got absolutely nothing special in dragon flight. In fact, they keep getting beaten on so much. They now have councils instead of leaders. I am in alliance Main. This is literally my only character on the red side. My other seven are all blue and most of them are gnomes.

Undercity is still very much Horde controlled of course you’re going to get attacked by the guards.
Who ever told you UC was safe lied to you.And Bel isn’t a racial main hub, UC is still the racial main hub for Undead and there was no replacement.

Have they announced when the intend to replace Teldrassil or does the Horde just permanently get more faction capitals than the Alliance now?
I don’t play Alliance so I wouldn’t know but,as we al knew in DF in the Dream stuff it linked into Bel being built and the tree being reseeded.

We have no new major cities other than what we all have sanctuary and faction’s main cities. We’ve had overhauls but that’s about it.
Ands Idk seems like a fair trade to me when every other xpack Horde leaders get killed off,which is way more than Alliance ones.

Alliance have never killed a Horde leader.
Varian is dead, Thrall is alive.
