Hello!
Since patch 12.0.5, when Dark Transformation is placed in a macro with Army of the dead (or combined too with Army + trinkets + or other abilities), it will usually cast correctly the first time. However if Army of the Dead is on cooldown, pressing the macro often fails to cast Dark Transformation even when it is available (unless is manually pressed Dark Transformation directly from the action bar).
I could not find any recent hotfix notes mentioning this issue, so I wanted to report it here in case it has not been fully addressed yet.
